Rates

Fysiotherapie Leidse Baan has a contract with all health insurers for 2025*. If you have an additional insurance policy that includes physiotherapy, we will directly bill the insurance company for the invoices falling under this package.

Please note: If you are insured with Just, this is the only exception. If you are insured with Just, the rates listed below apply.

If you exceed the number of treatments included in your package or have not taken out additional insurance for physiotherapy, the following rates will apply:

Rates 2025:

• Intake, screening, and examination: € 65.00

• Physiotherapy treatment: € 45.00

• Physiotherapy report (personal injury – AOV): € 110.00

• Home treatment surcharge: € 25.00​

First Appointment

The first appointment always consists of a double session: an intake and a treatment. During this first appointment, we will assess the complaint. This is done through a thorough history of the complaint, physical examination, and creating and discussing a treatment plan. We will also start the treatment and, if necessary, prepare a home exercise program.

A first appointment is necessary:

• When you visit the practice for the first time;

• When you have visited the practice before but now have a different complaint;

• Or when you haven't been treated for an existing complaint for a long time.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance. You can cancel via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled on time will be charged according to the rates mentioned above.
